Abdominal muscle training methods for those with large bellies and an analysis of the truth behind male pattern baldness.
A protruding belly may look attractive, but it's embarrassing for people who are overweight, and they may not realize it-it's bad for their health. A protruding belly also fails to adequately protect major organs such as the liver, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, bladder, and reproductive organs from strong impacts and other injuries. Strong abdominal muscles maintain the position of these organs in the body and enable them to function mechanically. A large belly isn't necessarily a sign of aging, however, the redistribution of abdominal weight does occur with age. Exercise or weight loss alone cannot flatten a protruding belly, but exercise combined with weight loss can. There are many ways to strengthen the major muscles that make up the abdomen. One exercise to strengthen these muscles is: stand or sit upright, take a deep breath, contract your abdominal muscles while slowly exhaling 10 times, then relax and repeat this process 10 times. Some people try to flatten their stomachs by doing sit-ups, but traditional sit-ups can injure the back. This method is not as effective as newer methods: curling, inverting, and rotating. Curling: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands behind your head and slowly raise your head and shoulders until your upper abdominal muscles contract. Slowly lower your head so that the small part of your back is flat on the ground. Exhale as you raise your head and inhale as you lower it. Repeat 20-30 times. Inverted Curl: Lie in the same position as in the curl-up exercise, but with your hands at your sides. Slowly raise your knees towards your chest. Exhale as you raise your knees and inhale as you lower them. The difficulty of this exercise lies in raising your knees towards your chest to the center and then towards the ceiling. Repeat 20-30 times. Rotation: Lie in the same position as in the curl-up exercise, bend your knees, place your feet flat on the ground, straighten your arms, and interlock your fingers in front of you. Raise your head and shoulders to roughly the same range as in the curl-up exercise. However, as you raise your head and shoulders, rotate them to the right or left, extending your hands to the right or left. Repeat 20-30 times. You can do 13 sets of each of these three exercises each time, 3-5 times a week. A large belly will not disappear quickly. However, if you combine a proper diet with regular exercise, you'll begin to notice changes in your physique after 4-6 weeks. A flat stomach can prevent lower back pain by supporting the delicate structures of the lower spine, supporting and protecting the organs within the abdominal-pelvic region, and making you feel and look more aesthetically pleasing, both inside and out. Most hair loss (or baldness) is called "male pattern baldness," affecting more than 40% of men. Male pattern baldness can be explained by the presence of male sex hormones, such as testosterone. Men lacking these hormones do not suffer from this type of hair loss. However, a full head of black hair does not necessarily mean a man lacks testosterone, and hair loss does not necessarily mean a man has high testosterone levels. Normally, a person loses 50-100 hairs per day, paving the way for new hair growth. However, when the percentage of hair in the "resting" phase increases dramatically, the number of hairs lost exceeds the number of hairs that grow. When more and more hairs stop growing, male pattern baldness begins. Of the male patients with hair loss, 12% are aged 25-35, 37% are aged 35-45, 45% are aged 45-65, and 65% are over 65. Therefore, if you are a man over 30, your chances of hair loss are equal to your age. Hair loss can be inherited from your mother or father. Caucasians are most prone to hair loss, while Asians are least likely to experience it. Some hair loss is temporary. High fever, serious illness, general anesthesia, anticancer drugs, and other medications can stop hair growth. There is no evidence that frequent washing or brushing of the hair causes hair loss, nor is there evidence that hats, wigs, or dandruff cause it. For centuries, people with hair loss have tried to control their hair using special shampoos, oils, vitamins, hormones, and special foods. These treatments for reviving hair have one thing in common: they are all ineffective. In the early 1970s, some bald men taking the antihypertensive drug vasopressor noticed that the drug could promote hair growth on the scalp. A clinical trial conducted in 1983-1984 showed that after 12 months of using a 2% styrax solution, 76% of participants experienced new hair growth, with a significant increase in the number of hair follicles. Styrax is only effective if applied twice daily for the rest of one's life. A proven treatment for hair loss is hair transplantation, which involves transplanting a small, cylindrical piece of skin with 12-18 of your own hair roots from a hairy area to cover bald patches. Skin grafts typically "play" a permanent role. However, hair transplantation doesn't work for everyone, doesn't grant you a full head of hair, and is expensive-each graft costs approximately $15-25. A painless and inexpensive treatment for hair loss is a wig. You can also tell yourself that baldness is beautiful, that discerning women are more interested in what's inside your head than what's on your head, and that no one will want to be intimate with your hair because they love you.
